Macéo is looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie. Working in a friendly, positive environment you will participate in creating a cuisine that is modern and nutritionally balanced from fine, fresh, seasonal ingredients provided by small producers for all our fish, meat, poultry, fruit and vegetables as well as some marvellous cheeses.
Macéo offers a seasonal à la carte choice and limited menu lunch and dinner – closed Sunday.
Culinary French is required as is a valid working visa. Qualifications in Kitchen Production and comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices plus occupational health and safety standards are essential.
