Looking for a well presented, friendly & enthusiastic receptionist for a busy central Paris firm.

Tasks include:
- Welcoming visitors
- Mail pick-up & drop-off, FEDEX sending
- Manning the switchboard/fielding calls
- Preparing video/conference calls
- Ordering supplies & maintaining stock of paper in printers
- Communication/negotiation with suppliers
- Expenses
- Printing & binding presentations & other documents
- Maintaining stock of drinks in fridges
- Restaurant reservations
- Coordination with/scheduling chauffeur & taxi reservations
- Team travels organization (booking plane/train tickets, hotels, preparing schedules & maps)

We are looking for long term cooperation.

Candidates must be living in France at time of application.
Language skills will be verified by phone prior to interview.

Hours: Mon-Thu 9h-18h & Fri 9h-17h
Salary: 26 400/year

Admin Asst & Errands (project only -- for wedding) (Paris)

Hi there:

My friends are getting married in Paris next year (May 2013), but are living here in the US. They are looking for someone who can spend 5 - 10+ hours doing research and errands for them, in Paris. With the right fit, they may also need hands-on help during their wedding week.

They are now in Paris for a week (August 4 - August 12), and would like to meet candidates while they are in town.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Willing to do: research, admin tasks, errands, visiting venues, negotiation, writing, emailing info, etc.
2. Speak English & French very well.
3. Very familiar with Paris: able to get around the city and suggest restaurants/venues/bands/tour destinations, etc.
4. Resourceful & Creative -- willing to go the extra mile to hunt down resources, venues, good deals, etc.
5. Very dependable. Provide detailed, speedy follow up via email, etc.
6. Excited to help put together a warm -- yet elegant -- wedding experience for an international group of friends & family.
7. Optional (not required): Experience in event planning, management and/or coordination.

PAY
$16 Euro / Hour (DOE)
