- Reception -- taking and transferring calls, greeting guests, receiving clients.
- Organization of the company meetings (includes compilation of the member list, catering, travel logistics etc.).
- When any of the staff travels, the incumbent is responsible for developing his/her itinerary, booking tickets and reserving hotel accommodation.
- Making sure that the office stationery is in stock.
- Maintain office inventory.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager, the incumbent's supervisor.

An opportunity has arisen for an English speaker to look after one 7 year old boy for about 14 to 18 hours a week near metro Alesia in the 14th arrondisement. A guide to the hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 4.30pm to 6.30pm; Wednesdays from 9am to 6pm and Thursdays from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

You would be required to work until the first week of July with school holidays off. Tasks includes collecting the boy from school, speaking and playing in English with him and guiding him with any English homework he may have.

A childcare job has arisen in the beautiful 17th arrondisement for a native English speaker.

A family need an English speaker for 18.5 hours a week for after-school pick-up from Neuilly and then to bring the kids home to the 17th arr. Hours are 4.30pm to 8.30pm except Wednesdays where you start at 6pm.

There are three children to look after and they already have a good knowledge of English.

La mission repose sur un projet de 18 mois au sein de la Direction Regionale Asie Pacifique du groupe Cargo AirFrance KLM Martinair. Le projet a pour objectif de dfinir, dvelopper et mettre en place des outils d'analyse stratgique de la performance commerciale et operationnelle.
Description de la mission
Les principaux axes du projets sont: - l'analyse de la performance commerciale et outils de renforcement de l'action commerciale. - le contrle de l'integrit des recettes - le support aux quipes commerciales des differents pays de la rgion de faon structurelle et la demande. - le support et/ou la coordination d'actions marketing specifiques.
Le poste VIE est bas Singapour. Dplacements dans les differents pays de la Region Asie Pacifique prvoir.

Diplom(e) de prfrence d'une cole d'ingnieur ou d'une cole de commerce avec une spcialisation en conomie, finances, ou contrle de gestion, vous avez imprativement un niveau bac +5 (Master's Degree), et justifiez d'une exprience professionnelle minimum de 2 ans (emplois et stages). Vous savez travailler avec des bases de donnes sous Access et Excel et avez le got des chiffres. Vous connaissez la programmation Visual Basic pour application MS Office. Vous apprciez d'voluer au sein d'un environnement commercial mutliculturel. Vous tes ractif(ve) et montrez de l'aisance dans un secteur trs dynamique. Votre sens de l'initiative, votre autonomie associs votre esprit d'equipe seront des atouts trs apprcis. Anglais courant requis (un niveau de TOEIC - 850 minimum, validit 24 mois - vous sera demand).
