Working closely with the Senior Researchers and the Consultants as well as the partnering companies; your activity is mostly in the executive search area (fashion, retail and luxury goods) and consists of: Follow up current assignments, be the link between the Client and Candidates (face-to-face, by phone, by mail/e-mail, etc.) as a support and in coordination with the Consultant. Manage the administrative files from their opening to their closing Up-date the files and contacts for the Clients (Meetings...). Participate in the follow-up of the Client/Candidate relationship (from the first contact to the integration). Ensure the administrative management of the assignments (opening, organization and follow-up of the creation of the Candidate files, closing, etc.). Ensure the assignments are correctly closed for all parties involved - Candidates, Sources and References (thank you letters etc.). Update the database Real-time: identification, contacts and collected information (Candidates, Sources, Companies etc.). Additional responsibilities Translation French/English and English/French of Candidate and Client documentation Keep the database up-to-date by coding the relevant unsolicited CVs and integrating market information collected daily. Provide research services for the companies partnering based abroad. Ensure the preparation of the Prospects Files. Manage the mailings (Prospects, Clients). Manage the Consultant's contacts for Business Development. Manage the organization and follow-up of events with the Consultant. Ensure the reception and instantaneous handling of phone calls not related to assignments, according to the dispositions defined by the Consultants. Help, punctually, the greeting of Candidates/Clients/etc.

PROFILE

Education: Preferably Assistant Manager Degree or Business School Languages: English mother tongue or equivalent level, fluent French and English (Italian would be a plus).

We are looking for babysitters available at least two days per week (from 4pm to 8pm) or half a day on Wednesdays.
