The International School of Management (ISM) in Paris is seeking a bilingual Office Coordinator to assist in day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a good working knowledge of French (both spoken and written), well-presented and professional, with experience in a similar role, and the ability to work autonomously to plan and execute day-to-day office operations in a dynamic environment.

This position involves a lot of phone and email contact with students, so a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a good phone manner are essential. Basic PC skills and experience using Google tools (Gmail features, calendar, Google doc sharing) and Office Word and Excel are also essential. The position will also include providing administrative support to the financial department, as well as coordinating travel plans for ISM executives.

This position will be based in the main ISM office, located in Paris (7eme) and is a maternity leave replacement with a starting salary of 1500 Euros per month (brut). Working hours are 8.45am-5.15pm from Monday-Friday.
