FROM APRIL. I have 1 room to rent in my three-bedroom apartment in Clichy, just 400 meters from Paris. It's a quiet, beautiful area with plenty of trees, local shops nearby and public transportation as well (Mairie de Clichy station is only 3 minutes away, buses and Vélib station all around, you can also park your own bike in the building's backyard). The room is 25 sqm, sunny and with a pleasant view. It's full furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed, 2 big wardrobes and a desk. Wifi included in rent as well as other utilities (central heating so you'll never be cold, hot water, electricity, washing machine). The rent is 600€. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay long-term , I don't mind if you smoke, preferably not a student. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.
